Apparently the Gnomish calendar doesn’t fully line up with ours because the Gnomes have been busy over our Christmas – New Year’s break… I’m told that Gnomish New Year falls in April this year, and again in October—they have two in our calendar year because of something weird about a Bend Year™ Our source tried to explain something about how the space-time continuum bends to the left every 777 Gnomish years, blah blah blah, but I saw a squirrel out the window and got distracted… So I don’t know what the heck he was talking about…

Where was I? Oh yeah! This spyshot landed in my inbox on January 1, (our calendar, not theirs), and it appears to reveal A LOT about the upcoming theme. Take a look:

It looks like we have a near complete shot of a prototype name tag in view. It looks to be overlapping what might be a sticker template… Clearly the Gnomes have been working hard! From what we can see, it looks like both the name tag and the sticker have similar, yet distinct designs. Both are using the same visual language, but with plenty of differentiation. These Gnomes are pros!

I can’t wait to see what else our spy might show us. Stay tuned, because there are rumblings of something big coming later this week!
