WHAT IF THE TEAMS THAT HAVE CANCELED WERE STILL YOUR CUSTOMERS?

How could you engage them? How could you be partners with them in the discipleship of their students? How can you still advocate for and make a difference to those that your teams were going to minister to?

These corona times are crazy, and for many of us in the Network it may be that we can’t host or send Mission Adventures teams in 2020. But we’re convinced that we can still be fruitful, and that we can still be faithful to our missionary call. In order to do this, we have to go back to our foundations. We have to begin by looking inward, at why we became YWAMers. We can begin by looking upward and look for greater understanding about God’s purposes for our ministries.

So we designed this tool to help you process. Our goal is to awaken vision in you and to activate your gifts to position yourself and your ministry to be fruitful in 2020. We encourage you to thoughtfully answer the following questions. Allow God to guide you through them. In a prayerful way, participate with Holy Spirit in this. We will compile all the answers and post them here on the Insider. This can be a first step for our Network. God can give us wisdom through each other. We believe He will show us how to engage the churches and schools we serve for the sake of the lost and the least so that Jesus will get maximum glory, even during a global pandemic. We believe that from here, God will begin to show us ways forward. So here we go!

Let's Look at Our Callings

1. We have a calling to young people. Mission Adventures is for teenage students who are at that phase of life that is focussed around identity and spiritual formation. 2. We have a calling to the body of Christ. Mission Adventures is for the shaping and discipling of local churches, Christian schools, and any other group of believers. 3. We have a calling to the lost and the least. Mission Adventures is for verbally sharing and practically demonstrating the love of God to those in need.

How can you remain true to these calls? How can you produce fruit in these areas?
