Join Us for the Cheesiest WAVES Gathering Ever at YWAM Madison!
We'll have four days of Worship, Application, Vision, Equipping, and Sending! Not only that, but we will once again have our traditional, famous, legit-but-not-really, WAVES Olympics! And since it will be in Wisconsin, it will be all about Wisconsin, y'all! Whatever that means! We'll start Monday morning April 16, so feel free to travel on Sunday the 15th. We'll end late on Wednesday the 18th, so make your travel plans for the 19th.
COST: $225 per person covers meals from Monday breakfast thru Thursday breakfast; housing from Sunday night thru Wednesday night. This is a Bring Your Own Bedding Event. Singles, plan on twin sized bunk beds. Couples, there are a few queen size beds available, and lucky you, bedding is provided!

ARRIVAL INFO: You have TWO options for arrival. You can either fly into Madison, (airport code MSN), which is typically more expensive, or you can fly into Chicago Ohare International, (airport code ORD), which is three hours away. YWAM Madison will have 2 shuttle services from Chicago ORD on the 15th, one will be at 12:00 pm and the other at 6:00 pm. Due to the distance to the YWAM base, these are the only shuttles offered that day.
We encourage you to plan your travels so that you can make one of the YWAM shuttles. However, you can take a bus from ORD for $30.00 (however that is not included in your $225 WAVES cost). You can choose either of the two Madison stops, Dutch Mill or Langdon St. and YWAM Madison staff can pick you up from there.
* If you opt to fly into Madison, since it is much closer there will be vans to take you to the airport all day. So basically, compare Madison and Chicago Ohare tickets, and decide if the extra cost is worth it, because you don't want a 3 hour shuttle ride, or if your cool with saving the money and taking a nice smooth stroll, then go with Chicago Ohare folks!
DEPARTURE INFO: Two shuttles from the YWAM base to Chicago Ohare will leave on the 19th. One will leave at 5:00 am (for those catching morning flights) and the other at 1:00 pm. Reminder, it takes 3 hours to get to airport, so remember that when buying tickets.
